I am always looking for new recipes to make at home. Sometimes I feel like I get in a routine and I make the same recipes over and over. My cousin Allison posted this easy roast chicken recipe on her blog http://iuwags.blogspot.com/2010/10/easy-roast-chicken-recipe.html. I altered the recipe a bit, I added onions and spices. I still have to profect the recipe but over all I am pretty proud of myself!
