I just wanted to share some sad news about the house. We were all set for closing last Tuesday and the sellers did not show up to closing. They have taken the house off the market. We are both very disappointed but we know everything happens for a reason. So we are going to go back to the drawing boards and starting from scratch. We both have learned a lot through this process and we now understand that until the final papers are signed nothing is final.
