Dog Sitting

This week Max has a friend visiting. My friend Jenny is on vacation this week so Eric and I offered to watch her Cocker Spaniel Tucker. Max and Tucker have played together several times before and had a great time. Well I learned a lot about Max this week. He has classic only child syndrome. He does not want to share his toys, food, or attention. This week Max had a rude awaking, he learned that he has to share. We are hoping that he learned something this week, but who knows. We are going to dog sit Aunt Birdie next week so we will see if he continues to behave??

Friday Night Live at Jefferson Point in Fort Wayne.

If anyone is looking for something to do in Fort Wayne on Friday nights, you should check out Jefferson Point. Every Friday night throughout the whole summer they have a band play in the square. It is a great time for the young and old. People bring chairs to sit in and coolers to enjoy snacks. They also serve adult beverages for those who want. We try to attend as many as we can with the Brouwers.

Heritage Days

Saturday Huntington held it's annual Heritage parade. Eric and I watched the parade with the Brouwer and Tibbs family. We really enjoyed watching the kids having fun at the parade.

Happy Father's Day

The Sparks family celebrated Father's Day Saturday at my parents house! We started the day off with a fiesta meal. My Mom had a taco and nacho bar for lunch with all the fixings. After lunch we headed to the pool for a swim to cool off! The kids all love to swim and love jumping in the pool! We had a great day! Eric and I both feel so blessed to have such wonderful Father's!
