The Hunt Is On

Eric and I have decided to take the next step in life! We are house hunting. We hope to move to the Aboite area in Fort Wayne. Eric grew up in this area and has lots of great memories of the area. We also love the great school system and the central location to I69 and both our jobs! We are a little nervous but also excited. Buying a house is a huge step and a lot of money. If anyone has advice or tips please share with us.
Below are the houses we haved looked at so far...

Party Time

Jennifer is single but only has 16 more days to mingle!
We all put our party pants on to celebrate Jennifer's last days before she becomes Mrs. Drew Clark! I have really never understood a bachelorette party but I love a party for any reason. We started the evening with drinks, games, and lots of laughs! After all the games and drinks we headed out to get on the party bus! The party bus came equip with a DD and lots of fun. Then we hit the street and painted the town red or purple in our case.

7 No Way

Every time I blink one of my nieces and nephew grow up. Alivia was my first born niece and she is turning 7. I can't believe it! I remember the first time I held Alivia I thought she looked like a porcelain doll. Alivia is growing into a lovely little lady. I feel privileged to watch her grow and change. Alivia is not only the oldest grandchild but she is the leader of the pack with all her cousins. They love to watch and learn from her.

Dads B-Day

Today is my Dad's 54th birthday. I am so thankful for my Dad. He has taught me so many valuable lessons and instilled a great work ethic within me. My Dad is a kind, hard working, and loving man. I can't imagine my life without his love and guidance. I love you Dad and thank you for everything you have done for me over the years!

Camping Cooking

I just found a couple more camping pictures...Eric is not a big fan of camping food (nor am I). So this year I tried to think of a couple new ideas to keep my wonderful husband happy. Pizza is Eric's favorite food, so I brought stuff to make pizza! Between Eric and I we figured out how to make a pizza on a camp fire. We decided to use a cast iron pan! We placed the pre-made crust with all the topping on the pan. The only problem with this idea was the crust were getting to dark and the cheese was not melted. Plan B...we layered foil on the bottom of the pan and then made a foil tent over the pizza to trap the heat to melt the cheese. After 2 tries we figured it out and Eric enjoyed his pizza!

Garber Family

Today I took the Garber family photo's. The kids did very well, both Eli and Layla were very well behaved and out going! Eli even came up with a couple of his poses.
